The Courage to Release: Finding Freedom in Non-Attachment

Writer: Judit AcsJudit Acs

Releasing what no longer serves us is an act of bravery. It’s not about letting go passively or half-heartedly—it’s about consciously surrendering with trust. When we practice non-attachment to the outcome, we unlock an immense creative power that keeps us aligned with our authentic path.

So much of our suffering comes from expectations, societal conditioning, and the pressure to fit into molds that were never meant for us. We struggle between who we truly are, who we aspire to be, and how others perceive us. But deep peace comes from bringing these aspects into alignment as much as humanly possible. And that takes patience, grace, and self-compassion.

By returning to our center—our soul’s wisdom—we reconnect with the fierce and loving energy within us. This energy is both the force of destruction and creation, the movement that keeps life flowing. When we embrace it, when we stop resisting and start moving with life’s waves instead of against them, we find true freedom.

Let’s trust the process. Let’s allow ourselves to evolve. Only then can we step into our full power.

This potent Venus retrograde is here for the ones who are ready and not shy away from doing a proper energetic spring cleansing.

(“Darkness is the Ultimate Mother, or Kali: My Mother is the principle of consciousness. She is Akhanda Satchidananda; indivisible Reality, Awareness, and Bliss. The night sky between the stars is perfectly black. The waters of the ocean depths are the same; The infinite is always mysteriously dark. This inebriating darkness is my beloved Kali.”
